There are several ways to stay connected with the iaanonline.org community:

1. Add yourself to our member directory if you have not already.  We maintain a distribution list to help everyone stay in touch.
2. Subscribe to our RSS feeds

3. Subscribe to our events calendar.  All you need is a calendar client (like google calendar) that supports the iCal format.  As we add events, they’ll show up on your calendar.

4. Ask us to create an iaanonline.org google account for you (more details…)
5. Setup a web meeting with up to 20 people to share video/voice/files/whiteboard/etc.  I’ve setup an account with www.dimdim.com which has a great service.  Sign up with them and invite people or let me know and i’ll create a meeting for you.

I have setup the IAAN community to take advantage of various google tools to help us communicate and collaborate.  If you would like an iaanonline.org account, please let me know.

1. Your own email (‘yourname@iaanonline.org’) that works/looks just like gmail
   Access mail via Outlook or at: http://mail.iaanonline.org
2. Access to community document features allowing sharing and collaborating on word/excel/ppt/pdf documents
3. Google calendar with easy subscription to iaanonline.org calendar and sharing with other members
4. Chat features - see who’s online and chat in realtime using google talk
5. Personalized start page dashboard organizing all your tools
